LANCE COVE HOUSE 

Our Client wanted simple living with a masculine touch. This was a very confined apartment so we had to be cautious of what went into the space.

The saying  "less is more " couldn’t be a better way to describe this design. As the design was minimal we still wanted to keep it interesting, We added warm tones and organic shapes to keep the space inviting.

The apartment was also lacking storage so we designed and built a custom tv unit with an abundance of cupboards. This was the feature of the room so we incorporated fun curves and paneling to catch the eye.
