Trade Club is a service provided by Bhodz Project that offers exclusive access to a curated selection of suppliers and products. This service does not include personalised interior design consultation or advice on product selections. Should you require professional guidance in making your selections, you are encouraged to register for one of our comprehensive interior design services. Note: Discounts and benefits may vary depending on the specific service package selected.
2. Client Responsibilities
As a Insider shop client, you have certain responsibilities to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience:

Review Supplier Terms: It is crucial that you thoroughly read and understand the Terms and Conditions of the selected suppliers. Bhodz Project is not liable for any changes of mind or dissatisfaction arising from not adhering to these terms.

Inspect Deliveries: Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the packages to check for any signs of damage or faults. Most suppliers stipulate a specific timeframe, often within 48 hours of receipt, for reporting damaged or faulty goods. Failure to report within this period may result in forfeiture of any claims for refunds or replacements.
3. Damaged and Faulty Goods
In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, the following steps should be taken:

Immediate Notification: Contact Bhodz Project immediately by sending an email to support@bhodzproject.com with high-resolution photos of the damage or fault, a detailed description, and your order details.

Supplier Policies: Each supplier has their own policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for damaged or faulty goods. Bhodz Project will assist in facilitating these claims but cannot guarantee outcomes beyond the supplier’s established policies.

Resolution Process: We will liaise with the supplier on your behalf to seek a resolution, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement of the product. This service is provided at no additional cost to you, although outcomes are governed by the supplier’s policies.
4. Product Quality
Bhodz Project is committed to partnering with suppliers renowned for their exceptional product quality. However, there are some important considerations:

Quality Assurance: While we make every effort to ensure that our suppliers maintain high standards, Bhodz Project does not have direct control over the manufacturing or quality control processes of these third-party suppliers.

Client Acknowledgement: By utilising Insider Shop, you acknowledge that any issues related to product quality are the responsibility of the supplier. Bhodz Project is not liable for any discrepancies or defects in the products.
5. Estimated Times of Arrival (ETA)
We strive to provide accurate estimated delivery times (ETAs) for your orders. However, please note:

Unforeseen Delays: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, and customs clearance procedures.

Notification of Delays: If there is a significant delay, we will notify you promptly and provide updated ETA information.

Client Options: Should you find the delay unacceptable, you will be given the option to either select an alternative product or cancel the order for a full refund. This choice must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the delay notification.
6. Ordering and Payment Process
To ensure a transparent and secure ordering process, the following steps will be followed:

Order Form Submission: Clients must fill out an order form with their selected products.

Second Approval: Bhodz Project will send a link to the client with the chosen products for a second approval to ensure accuracy. This second approval will include the applicable discounts for each product, as discounts vary per supplier.

Final Approval and Invoice Issuance: Once the second approval is received, we will send an invoice via email, including our bank details. No cancellations or changes can be made after this point.

Payment Method: Payments are to be made via bank transfer only. Full payment is required at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited via bank transfer.
7. Pricing: To ensure transparency and clarity, the following pricing policies apply:

8. Order Cancellation
Understanding the need for flexibility, we offer the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of initial placement without any penalty for a full refund. After the second approval is provided, no cancellations or changes can be made.
